This week, the Daily News podcast was heavy on national and international news. I really did struggle to find interesting local news and, sadly, as more and more journalists get laid off, that’s going to become more common. And yes, I do try to get stories from everywhere, but sorry when your province is left out for a week (as I think a majority of provinces are this week).

And, there is some nice news — Sandy and Nora is in the top ten (or more specifically, top eight) best politics pocasts in Canada and, when you remove the Americans from the list, we are the second most-listened to politics podcast in Canada, by Canadians.
