16-year-old Rotem was hiding in a safe room when Hamas invaded his home. They threw in a grenade and his mother shielded him with her body, saving his life.
He lay under his mother’s corpse, as terrorists looted his home, for almost an hour.

What actually happened? The nutjob went all the way to Israel to run at border security with a knife. He was prepared with a suicide note. The guards ordered him repeatedly to drop the knife. He came at them instead and was shot dead.
We are lucky and grateful that he chose to attack the IDF rather than unprepared civilians here in Canada.
