ICYMI this week ...
Bonne fête nationale!
The streets in Quebec City last night were alive. It was the warmest night so far this year. People of all ages were rushing to the Plaines of Abraham to catch the concert. I had no desire, at all, to go. But I loved watching them flow eastward.
It was the last day of school this past week. I have two exhausted children who are not looking back on the past year. So I’m trying to follow their lead and not look back either. Who knows how it’ll be to do the Daily News podcast in the summer? I’m excited to find out.
On Monday, the manuscript for my next book is due. The whole thing is printed out and I’m at chapter six of seven that needs to be edited. I’m almost done. It’s almost done. And then, I’ll be free for the summer. Well, podcasting notwithstanding.
If you missed any of the episodes from this week, check them out here. Here are the stories that I talked about this week.
