This week, Alan Story asked me to write for his Substack, after having read my piece about Mark Carney. He asked for a view on Canada for non-Canadians (Brits, specifically).
I thought that it was best to use the frame of the need for a Canadian saviour and how any smart politician would be trying to fit that mold (mould? It’s late and I’m probably still asleep by the time you read this).
